The fortunes of his inventions fueled his dedication to research in his attempts to understand why people suffer. This research led him to chiropractic. This paper provides a brief synopsis of some of the highlights in the career of this remarkable man. He was noted throughout many parts of the world for his discoveries as well as his 138 books and hundreds of periodicals, Dr. DeJarnette is a tribute to human commitment and to the chiropractic profession.
